Summary: Assists the Branch Manager in guiding branch office staff by providing quality service to clients through sales and service with the expectation of meeting or exceeding branch and individual goals.
Duties & Responsibilities: You know the insurance industry. You’ll coach your branch to meet sales goals. You’ll maintain a staff that’s highly motivated and well-trained. You’ll step up in the Branch Manager’s absence. You’ll resolve client problems that require management-level decisions. And more!
Experience & Education: Licensed insurance agent/broker. College degree. At least 5 years’ experience in property and casualty underwriting and marketing with a multi-line insurance agency or brokerage operation.
